Lighting Giant announced an economical LED Bulb

Recently, a worldwide lighting giant introduced a new LED light bulb. With lower than US$10, 25,000 hours life expectancy, similar brightness as incandescent lights but 80% energy saving, this bulb seems to be attractive to the consumers.

This may result another big drop in pricing for LED light industry. And apparently, LED lighting will be closer to home application.
